This is a fab idea.....but it caused a massive disappointment to our 5 yr old twins (the second massive disappointment in a few minutes as the snow had stopped early at the other end of the market). The issue is that it takes a lot longer for your wishes to appear than the publicity notices outside the entrance claim. We all sent messages and eagerly waited in the installation for them to appear (you claim it will be 'a few minutes'). We waited, and waited.....and waited. have you ever tried 25 minutes in a confided space with 5yr old twins getting steadily more disenchanted? So sadly a thumbs down from us as we never saw any of our messages. Loved the design and aesthetics and fun of the concept.....but it does not do what it says on the tin and my children went away crying..sorry but that's the way it was for us. Key rule for interacting to create delight and satisfaction: 'under promise and over-deliver', sadly for us you got it the wrong way round.
