[...] We’ve aleady gone into our quite frankly massive achievements when it comes to gaining and implementing security standards. It’s worthwhile thinking too about the fact that SpinVox has been through spectacularly complicated due diligence and audits with some of the largest carriers in the world together as well as with institutional investors, including their pretty scary legal advisers, (I know, I’ve met them). They - and we- simply cannot afford to take shortcuts or chances. [...]

I read this post with interest and would ask you to explain further the last part of your first paragraph, "... the article contains a number of allegations ... which SpinVox believes are both incorrect and inaccurate". As SpinVox controls and utilises the technology involved, why is it not possible for you to state explicitly that the allegations are incorrect and inaccurate, rather than alluding to your belief that they might be?

[...] The BBC cites photos from a Facebook group created by staff at an Egyptian call centre, RAYA, which used to work for Spinvox, “containing what appears to be sensitive commercial information” as an indication that the human transcription may play a bigger role than SpinVox would like to let on.
